Integrity as a Source of Value Creation

This strengthens the climate of trust and can transform people, entire organisations and even the world. In order to maximise value creation, integrity is required.

Professor Jensen presented his new integrity theory (applied to personal lives, to organisations and, by extension, to the whole world) at the meeting of the ESADE-HEC CEO-Board Forum, which took place in Barcelona on 16th October. Professor Jensen is still in the process of developing the theory. During his visit to ESADE, he took the opportunity to meet with European business leaders to learn their opinions.
