
Energy … it drives our cars, heats our classrooms, lights up our homes and much more. But according to Fatih Birol of the International Energy Agency, energy creates 84% of global emissions of CO2, a “greenhouse gas” regarded as a key contributor to climate change. So, if we’re to move to a cleaner economy we’re going to have to do more with the same or – better still – less energy.
