There is a lack of understanding about some of the particular IT issues that underline compliance. We saw with Sarbanes-Oxley, for example, that IT organisations lacked in their preparations. Only in the last couple of quarters before the deadline did IT organisations get heavily involved. And when they did, communications improved over time between the IT organisation and the finance organisation.
