We are very pleased to invite you to the next IESE Alumni event in Shanghai with Mr. Steven H. Ganster, Managing Director of Technomic Asia and author of recently published book, "The China Ready Company".
Mr. Ganster wil be speaking to us about the “Challenges in Developing a Business Case for China”. He will cover experiences by multinational companies and lessons learned in trying to enter and expand into China. The session will highlight key challenges faced and how to effectively address them.
