The first National Corruption Survey was conducted by TI Pakistan in 2002 and a detailed report was prepared. The Survey results were announced in a press release issued jointly by Transparency International Secretariat and TI Pakistan.
The Survey model prepared by TI in 2002 was used, and 24 page questionnaire was repeated to carry out surveys from 4.000 respondents from all the four provinces. The physical survey commenced in April 2006, and completed in July 2006.
