Good corporate governance is underpinned by good working processes within the board, according to IMD president Dr Peter Lorange.
He said captains of corporate Malaysia should adopt a holistic perspective when dealing with corporate governance issues.

Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, IMD is one of the world’s leading business schools.
Lorange, whose areas of special interest are global strategic management, strategic planning and entrepreneurship for growth, is also professor of strategy at IMD.
