This seminar will give delegates an opportunity to hear about, and discuss, the ideas behind the Turner Review, the FSA’s epoch-making review of its regulatory philosophy and key prudential policies, which will transform the regulatory environment for all societies. Leading FSA speakers who worked on the Turner Review will present, and representatives from the society sector will respond, concluding with a discussion session with the panel of speakers.
The event will address broad issues of regulatory philosophy rather than the technical detail of specific proposals and will, therefore, be of interest not only to executives and managers, but also to non-executive directors as well as to BSA associates.
