Audit Committee Performance Evauation

Audit committees are required by the NYSE's corporate governance listing standards to perform an annual performance evaluation. To assist in the process, Deloitte & Touche LLP has developed the Audit Committee Performance Evaluation. This is an update to a tool that was originally published in 2002.
