Corporate Governance Program (CGP) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business

Members of boards of directors have never been under more scrutiny from the public -- and directors themselves have never been more concerned about living up to their responsibilities.

This program will help board members of publicly traded corporations in any industry increase their understanding of the mechanics, strategies, and best practices of board membership.
