A Guide to Compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002

Establishing a robust system of internal control — one that invokes the intent of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and all the related Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards — is not a task for the uninformed.
