Bank of America Corporation today named William Mostyn as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mostyn will assist the company and its board of directors on issues such as corporate governance, public disclosure, shareholder communications and capital raising. Mostyn, who will begin on April 5 and will be based in Charlotte, will report to Timothy Mayopoulos, executive vice president and general counsel.
