CIMA - Strategic Scorecard

Following recent high-profile business failures, attention has been focused on corporate governance reform. However, it is important not to lose sight of the need to ensure strategic success. Research has shown that it can be difficult for company boards, in particular the non-executive members, to engage effectively in strategy.

To address this need, CIMA is developing the CIMA Strategic Scorecard. This provides the means for the board of directors of companies of all sizes to obtain assurance that the strategic process is operating effectively in order to generate long-term sustainable value.
