First joint Director Roundtable Forum on June 9-10

The Conference Board and The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals will hold their first joint Director Roundtable Forum on June 9-10 followed by another Roundtable on November 8-9 at The Links Club in New York City.

The Directors’ programs are open only to sitting corporate directors and are limited in size to enable high quality interaction focused on key topics such as: Directors’ Fiduciary Duties in the New Environment, Effective Board Organization, Enterprise Risk and Strategic Performance, The Board’s Oversight Role for Audit and Compensation, Effective Ethics Programs, and Liability and Directors and Officers Insurance Issues.
