Samsung Electronics has been picked as the company with the best corporate governance system in South Korea by global institutional investors.
The electronics maker said Monday it was named the company with the finest corporate governance system in Korea by over 110 institutional investors worldwide in a survey conducted by Asset Benchmark Research last Friday.
Samsung Electronics topped in corporate governance ranking by The Asset, a reputed Hong Kong-based finance magazine, for the fourth straight year.
