Singapore, Chinese authorities should meet on corporate governance: professor

In the light of recent corporate scandals involving Chinese companies listed in Singapore, notably China Aviation Oil, a Chinese law professor has suggested that authorities in both Singapore and China meet to exchange views and information on corporate governance matters.

Professor Liu Junhai says this will help to improve understanding of what is being practised in both countries.
