Cadbury chief questions focus on governance

I understanding that Company Chiefs are concerned about the time, effort and resources that it takes to comply with current regulations, expecially when there are numerous jurisdictions.

I also agree that committed fraudsters will find ways to get around the rules and regulations, and the laws.

Having said that, self regulation has not worked. Rules are needed and, as more fraud is uncovered, more controls are needed.

Oh and by the way, this gentleman works for a Company called Cadbury and he is unrelated to the well-known Cadbury Report. His opinions should be judged accordingly.
