Canadian Coalition for Good Governance sets out guidelines for corporate Canada

Canada’s business leaders must increase the effectiveness of their boards by concentrating on getting the most out of their directors’ limited time, according to the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance.

Speaking today at the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association meeting in Toronto CCGG Managing Director David Beatty said “Boards must strive to maximize the company’s return on directors invested time (CRODIT).”
