NRS To Hold 20th Annual Spring Compliance Conference

Compliance consulting firm National Regulatory Services (NRS), said its 20th Annual Spring Compliance conference for investment advisers, hedge fund managers and broker/dealers will be held in Scottsdale, Ariz. April 19-22.

More than 25 sessions will cover new regulatory developments, and offer practical guidance on establishing and updating compliance policies, procedures and reviews.

Sessions include topics on hedge fund compliance issues, common form ADV deficiencies, new WSP testing requirements, branch office reviews under new Rule 3012 and how to conduct the annual compliance review.
