OECD sets up business group to advise company boards on corporate governance

The OECD is to set up a business group to give members of company
boards guidance on ways of improving corporate governance.

The Business Sector Group will be launched at a meeting in New York tomorrow,
the OECD said.

The OECD has already introduced broad Principles of Corporate Governance, and
the business group will aim to provide concrete examples and advice on how board
members can put good corporate governance into practice.
