KARACHI: South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) has approved issuance of ‘exposure draft’ on corporate governance, an official statement said. “The approval to this effect was accorded at the 57th SAFA assembly,” said the statement issued by Institute of Cost and Management Accountant (ICMA) on Tuesday. The statement said the exposure draft of SAFA best corporate practices would invite comments from accounting bodies, regulator and other stakeholders of SAARC countries.
