Corporate governance, the buzz-word of the 21st century within circles of modern day corporations, which gained more impetus in the corporate world following the Enron and Worldcom scandals, is a phrase preceded by equally impressive and just as important economic concepts like management theories, (prevalent in the 19th century,) and the entrepreneur, that pretty much described the mood of the 20th century.
