OECD: The Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable

The Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable, established April 2000, aims to facilitate public and private sector policy-dialogue. It provides a forum for the exchange of experiences between senior policy-makers, regulators and market participants with first hand experience of present developments and ongoing work.

Building on its discussions, the Roundtable has issued a Latin American Corporate Governance White Paper. It is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The White Paper targets priorities for action. Its conclusions serve as a practical reform agenda and also provided valuable input to the 2004 revision of the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.
