A taste of corporate governance

It will probably go down in history as the first-ever case in German business the CEO of a major German blue chip ousted by British and American shareholders and hedge...

It almost resembles a scene from the movies ("Wall Street" perhaps) and it'd be thrilling to watch if it wasn't so close to home: ambitious CEO seeking to take over an international competitor just to find himself at the receiving end of some serious trouble a couple of months later. What's to become of his company: being stripped down of its assets and sold off to god knows who? And, what's the moral of the story anyway?
