Compliance Week buys Raisch Financial

Compliance Week, a corporate-governance publication based in Boston, has acquired Newton's Raisch Financial Information Services, a data analytics and research firm.

As part of the acquisition, Raisch Financial founder Robert Raisch will join Compliance Week as chief technology officer. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
