Compliance Week buys Raisch Financial

Compliance Week, a corporate-governance publication based in Boston, has acquired Newton's Raisch Financial Information Services, a data analytics and research firm.

As part of the acquisition, Raisch Financial founder Robert Raisch will join Compliance Week as chief technology officer.
