Havas and Bollore Head for Clash at AGM

Here is a classic case of oversized egos on the road to collision. It may also be a case of creeping control on the part of Mr. Bollore, without the payment of a control premium, which would not be too far from his style.

So what is a good governance shareholder to do......between a rock and a hard place on this one. When egos are involved, shareholder interests usually take a very back seat.
