U.S., Canada Top In Corporate Governance

The U.S.and Canada are the top two countries in corporate governance, according to the FTSE ISS Corporate Governance Index Series. Oil and gas companies received the highest score according to sector, and collectively the FTSE 100 companies rated highest. The index is intended to provide investors with a measuring stick when choosing companies.
