
Bulldozer manufacturer Caterpillar says more than two million of its machines and engines are at work in virtually every region of the world each day.
But in some regions the work is different. The Israeli army has used Caterpillar bulldozers in Palestinian-controlled areas to destroy Palestinians' houses.
The company says it sympathises with displaced families but has neither the legal right nor the means to police individual use of that equipment.
However, the company faces a lawsuit in the United States, with complainants claiming Caterpillar violates international and state law by providing machinery it knows will be used to demolish homes and endanger people.
