Monetary Affairs Commissioner Discusses Lisbon Treaty at IESE
Joaquín Almunia, EU monetary affairs commissioner, spoke at a session of IESE's Continuous Education program this week. During his remarks, Almunia expressed optimism about the economic evolution of the European Union.
"We are finding ourselves in a situation of light and shadow, but I think that there is more light than shadow," he said.
