A World Bank report on the role of foreign institutional investors (FIIs) in corporate governance standards in India will be submitted to the Indian government in November, a top official said today.
"The report on the role of foreign portfolio investors in India in corporate governance will be submitted to the Ministry of Company Affairs in November," Company Affairs Secretary Komal Anand said, speaking at a three-day National Convention of Company Secretaries here.
