May 2005. Some months ago we polled our readers to ask what leadership development tools and methods are used at their companies and which of those are actually most effective. The following statistics provides some useful comparative insights on what we learned. The number of survey participants totalled 153 with respondents working at companies of all sizes in Europe, the US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, and India to mention just a few.
