ABN Amro has warned of the consequences of confusion among Dutch companies over a new law on market disclosure.
It followed a decision by ASML, the world's largest semiconductor chip machine maker, not to host a year-end results press conference next week - a move that has triggered fears that regulations intended to improve transparency may have the reverse effect.
