CEOs 'attracted by undiluted power'


Chief executives in the Americas are still strongly attracted by the prospect of undiluted power, according to a survey of board directors published yesterday.

A majority of 58 per cent of directors said it was easier to recruit a CEO if the job was combined with that of chairman, according to the survey by Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search firm.
