The Malta Financial Services Authority, in reply to a statement by the Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise, said yesterday it is currently conducting a process of consultation with all interested parties regarding possible updates to some of the provisions of the Code of Good Corporate Governance.
“The consultation is due to terminate on 28 February, following which date the MFSA will determine future action to be taken in this area,” the authority said.
