Ministry of Company Affairs through National Foundation for Corporate Governance is organising a two-day Corporate Governance Conference with OECD in India on 16th and 17th February 2006 at Napolean Hall, Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
Mr Prem Chand Gupta, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge of Company Affairs), Government of India has agreed to be the Chief Guest and Mrs Komal Anand, Secretary, Ministry of Company Affairs, has kindly consented deliver the Inaugural Address.
Eminent speakers from India and OECD countries would be participating to share their thoughts and experiences. Justice Sikri, Mr. M Damodaran, Mr.Jagdish Khattar, Mr.R Seshasayee, Mr.Sunil Kant Munjal, Ms.Nainalal Kidwai, Mr.Shardull Shroff, Mr.Lalit Bhasin, Mr. Rajni Kant Patel, Mr.Harinderjit Singh, Mr. Edward Chow, Prof.Joseph McCahery, Mr.Christian Strenger, Mr. Louis Bouchez, Mr. Oliver Fremond, Mr. Niel Cooper have kindly agreed to participate in the Conference.
