
Many IT and business executives have focused on governance, risk management, and compliance during the past few years, largely due to the introduction in 2004 and enforcement since that time of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Surprisingly, the $6 Billion spent on Sarbanes-Oxley measures only 22 percent of this staggering total. Expectations for 2007 indicate the total will rise to $28 billion.
