Battling corporate wrongdoing


More government regulation or more private sector responsibility? Or a calibrated combination of both?

The debate and the search for solutions in the wake of the corporate scandal legacies of Enron, Tyco and WorldCom were front and center at a forum held Tuesday at The University of New Hampshire.

"What does concern me is seeing heads of corporations not taking responsibility" for corporate misdeeds, said Stanley Sporkin, panel member and former U.S. district judge.
