The PWC/ICD directors survey broadly summarizes the results of 77 interviews with some of Canada's top directors.
uRecordings and notes from interviews were reviewed extensively to identify various themes and commonalities in the conversations.
The primary research objectives were to:
–Engage Canadian Corporate Directors in one-on-one discussions concerning:
•perceptions of evolving corporate governance arrangements;
•Discuss changes in the role and responsibilities of Directors and Boards.
