Corporate Governance Roundtable

There has never been more interest taken in how corporate enterprises operate. Large-scale failings and the shockwave of suspicion have prompted regulators and investors to lever open boardroom doors to gain an insight into how senior-level decisions are being made - and to impose change so that companies are run to meet a perceived ideal.

The roundtable was published in the June 2005 issue of Financier Worldwide magazine.
