Directors' pay report


The Directors' Pay Report 2006 uses data from company reports and accounts to analyse boardroom remuneration and incentive practice in FTSE 100 and FTSE mid-250 companies. The report contains:
  • Basic salary, annual bonus and long term incentive plan details for Chief Executives, Finance Directors and other executive directors
  • Findings for around 95% of FTSE 100 and FTSE mid-250 companies by market capitalisation, turnover, employee numbers, degree of 'internationality', and sector
  • Tables including basic salary, total earnings, value of benefits, annual bonus, total cash, LTIPs and share option gains
  • Pay details of Chief Executives and Finance Directors by named company
  • Information on fees paid to non-executive directors

You can also access key spreadsheets detailing directors' pay data online. The website provides data you can manipulate to benchmark your packages against any company or companies in the FTSE 350.
