The Conference Board's Leadership Experience at Normandy links top challenges executives are facing today with lessons learned through planning, coordinating and implementing the greatest invasion of the western theatre in WWII.
The Conference Board found, in its latest CEO Challenge Survey, that most CEOs regard stimulating innovation and creativity, enabling entrepreneurship, the availability of talent, employee loyalty and succession planning as their top priorities for staying competitive.
In response, The Conference Board has created a Leadership Experience program to address these and other issues by examining the concerns that were on the minds of military leaders during the June 1944 D-Day invasion at Normandy.
