How effective is your top management team?


The most frequently overlooked factor in business performance is the nature of the teamwork among a company’s top executives. Recent research indicates that most large corporations could benefit from better interaction among the members of their top executive teams. That’s why CEOs are increasingly concerned with having executive teams in place that are capable of delivering effectively on their strategies.

It’s not enough to have the key functions and divisions of an organization represented in the top executive team. It is also necessary to ensure that the individuals at the table have the skills needed to lead those who report to them.
