
This is the right move by Nokia. They should not take this lightly and should be seen to be separating themselves from the clear dirt coming from Siemens.

Nokia, the Finnish mobile phone maker, is delaying its €20bn ($26.3bn) telecoms equipment joint venture with Siemens, as the growing corruption scandal at the German group has its first impact on its business.
Completion of the joint venture is now subject to agreement between the two companies on a compliance review at Siemens into the €420m bribery scandal at its telecoms division. Nokia will take part in the review.
