
While Mr. Green should not have moved up from CEO to Chairman, at least he gave up the CEO position. Not everyone does, particularly in the US where hardly anyone does.
Now he has outlined the separate roles and the specific functions for each role.
This is a good move and the descriptions for each role sound like a good separation of these roles.
