Standardbred Canada is seeking candidates to serve on its Audit & Governance Committee.
Comprised of five Standardbred Canada members-at-large and SC's Chair, the Audit & Governance Committee reports to the Board of Directors on the effectiveness and integrity of SC's governance practices, financial management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Audit & Governance Committee is composed of not less than five (5) members who are 'non-directors' of Standardbred Canada and shall elect its own Chair at its first meeting each year. The term of the Audit & Governance Committee is two years.
