Understand the process and requirements in conducting audits for Environment, Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems to meet ISO 19011. This presentation will cover in simple terms the five steps to conduct audits and the working documents required. Step 1 - Initiating, Step 2 Preparing, Step 3 Conducting - opening/closing meetings, collecting evidence, findings, Step 4 Audit reports, Step 5 Audit completion.

Pilot has provided training in auditing since 1995 using her Three Step System Approach for Auditing and her Five Steps in performing audits. She was involved in the development of auditor protocols and the body of skills and knowledge for auditor certification in Canada and the United States.
