Audit professionals stressed out
New survey finds a third of auditors rate stress as biggest impact on health
Stress is the biggest health concern for auditors, according to new research by www.careersinaudit.com
It was named as the biggest health risk by 32% of auditors, followed by low energy (26%), significant weight gain/loss (13%) and aggressiveness (14%).
Three quarters of respondents thought that their career progression would be hindered if they gave greater priority to personal interests and families - even though 90% of respondents accepted that a poor work/life balance reduces the quality of their work.
