Lack of green policies could hit firms
Survey says businesses must act
Employers are not doing enough to promote environmental policies and could be less attractive to prospective employees as a result, according to a report released today.
While a clear majority of employers are encouraging recycling and energy reduction, far fewer are green in their approach to more difficult challenges like transport, says the Labour Market Outlook survey conducted by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and professional service provider KPMG.
