International Financial Standards and Codes


From 2000 to 2003, Oxford Analytica was commissioned by EStandardsForum, a New York-based advisory firm, to develop and subsequently maintain a globally comprehensive on-line database providing detailed information on country compliance with a set of twelve international financial standards and codes.

These standards were endorsed by the IMF, World Bank and G7 in the wake of the Asian crisis, and their implementation is considered to be a key measure for promoting international financial stability.
