A former Senate banking committee staff member who helped draft the Sarbox act has been appointed to the PCAOB

A former Senate banking committee staff member, Steven Harris, has been appointed to USA’s Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act which he helped draft.
